"Jump" shoes the Turkish company Intermar Simanto Nahmias. According to the newspaper "Izvestia", the decision was taken based on the results of the application of the German company Adidas.
In a statement from Adidas reported that the trademark "Jump" contains three strips and bears a strong resemblance with the Adidas logo that confuses the buyer regarding the manufacturer of the goods. Three strips of «Jump» logo form a triangle, as well as the logo Adidas, only "Jump" it upside down, and added to it the circle. Rospatent has not recognized these differences are significant.
According to "Izvestia", of Adidas provided to the Rospatent some materials of past court cases, according to which the company Intermar Simanto Nahmias had no right to use the trademark "Jump".
