• This acts as a portal for two-way communication between Flight Centre and the customer. The customer is able to share content to other social media sites through this portal.

• Travelers are issued the TRAVEL CAPSULE as part of their itinerary.

• Content pre-stored in the TRAVEL CAPSULE are personalised to specific destination.

• Customers are encouraged to capture and contribute into the Capsule their experiences in the form of videos, photos and audios. (Serves as artefact for their holiday)

• Flight Centre pushes content to customers TRAVEL CAPSULE pre, during, and post journey.

It is about providing a unique travel experience that differentiate from all other competitors. Flight Centre maintains control and ownership over the customer generated content.

Flight Centre chooses the best holiday/ accom pic / etc pick every month – and award the traveller a $xx value flight voucher for their next trip.
