Identity verification will be a a third-party system and

we will use their API to return an identity confidence.
Facebook Authentication will be used to allow users to login to their profiles on our system and to share photos for their profile.
External users may leave reviews using Facebook login rather than creating a user account.
At this time we will not make connections for background checks but this is a future addition
Payment will be processed by a third party online CC processor. Data storage and transmission must be done with compliance for PCI requirements.

the development team after deeper project evaluation or competitor research:

Surveys and badge program for profiles. Need to detail how this will be handled and our access to the information and scoring. Was not included in the initial estimates, need to account for development time
Identity verification (3rd party SMS/Call) for assurance of identity
Competitors all do a validation of sorts to catch false sign-ups. A lowercost and more accessible route is validation by security code sent from text or voice call
Linked background checks (3rd party) enable caregivers and families/parents to get background checks and link results to profiles.
Affiliate programs – possible tool for driving traffic
Niche: Christian Nanny vs. Wider Market: Christian Child Care
Are we going to focus on nanny (long term, generally thought of as full time) or include on-demand sitter care too?
Mobile Application
Idea was not discussed but mentioned in notes. Mobile application is very different from the website project. Need to discuss.
Linking social networks may allow communication outside of TMN. Should discuss how we want to handle.
