you think that you have any good habits in your lifestyle and you would like to share them with anybody or you want to try to live like somebody another whit his special and healthy ration, timetable or maybe daily exercises.

For example, I can offer to you my physical exercises, witch I do everyday. Or you could try to walk twenty minutes at the morning (go to academy on foot or only part of the way if you live too far) You can suggest your variants)

Or maybe you can propose to him/them to make the ration more healthy or do some sport together. In 1 and 2 projects you can make a report and make some photos to our group in facebook.
