It is said that at the Perm dockers carried this "white gold" in enormous sacks on their backs, and their ears were often covered with salt. That is why Perm citizens were often called "permyak - salty ears". There is even a special monument, where everyone can take a picture of themselves.

It is located in a former cathedral, now a landmark of Perm in the centre of the city. Perm. One of them is Kungur Ice Cave, which is located in 100 km from Perm. This is the only cave in Russia that is prepared for excursions. It’s the world’s sixth longest gypsum cave (5600 m). There are 60 lakes in this cave.
