There are four seasons in a year: spring, summer, autumn and winter. Every season is beautiful in its own way.

Different people prefer different seasons. But I am sure all school
children are fond of summer.

Summer is the time, when school is over and children enjoy
their freedom. They go to the park, skateboard, ride their bikes, play games. They have the longest holidays and spend their time doing various things.
Слайд 7Most of all I enjoy travelling around Russia.
Russia is a great
country. It has a lot of sights. Many children prefer travelling to Moscow on summer holidays. I have been to Moscow too. In my opinion Moscow is a beautiful city indeed and it is worth visiting.
Слайд 8Sometimes I go to sanatoriums. So, I have been to “Dubrava”
once and to “Lesnoi” three times.
These sanatoriums are located in the forest zones near Oryol. They make a speciality of treatment a great number of different diseases. They have modern equipment capable to give precise diagnosis, hydropathic establishment, mud-baths, a hall for medical physical training and highly skilled staff at their disposal.
Allocation is carried out into single and double rooms with all modern conveniences. Guests can use sports equipment, a video hall, a sauna, a library; children can spend their leisure in a recreation room.
I’m in the gym.

have a good medical treatment and have a wonderful rest.

Pyatigorsk is in Russia. It is not large but it
is rather beautiful. It’s a quiet town, situated in the region of mountains. Pyatigorsk is famous as the town connected with the name of the great Russian poet and writer M. Y. Lermontov.
In 2005 I went to Pyatigorsk.
Слайд 11My mother and I stayed in “Lesnaya Polyana”.
Our room was very
comfortable. From the window of the room we saw a brilliant view of the nature. We admired the beauty of the mountains Beshtau, Mashuk and other wonderful places.

A lot of excursions to the mountains were organized.
Look! We’re on the top of Mashuk.
Слайд 14In 2006 we visited Pyatigorsk again. We stayed at a wonderful
place not far from PROVAL. Our sanatorium was rather large. It had comfortable rooms, a library, a café, sports grounds.
Слайд 15I made friends with many girls and boys. Look! These are
my best friends: Inna and Sergei.
We spent a lot of time together.
Слайд 17The sights we visited are so marvelous. We’ll remember them all
our life. The experience I’ve got will help me in my study at school. I hope I’ll visit them again.

be back at school, because it is the best thing in the world in my opinion.
